The employees at Farmington Family Practice are courteous and helpful. They want to help and assist with any questions or concerns you may have. The front office always greets you with a smile. The medical staff that I have interacted with , Emily & Taylor are patient and pleasant.

Dr Hakes is the best family physician we've had... hands down. Caring, interaction and truly listening to understand is beyond anything we've experienced. I pray he loves the location he chose to work as much as we love to have him as our family physician.

FFP is truly the best doctor's office I have experienced. Dr. Wade listens, understands, and gives me such a piece of mind whenever I see him. A big plus is that this office gets you in to see the doctor immediately, which is a win-win! So happy to have found a doctor and place to go to for all of my health needs.
