Family Medicine Physician

Dr. Wade received a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from Utah State University in Logan. He attended Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies, where he received his Medical Doctorate. Dr. Wade completed his residency at MercyHealth Family Medicine in Janesville, Wisconsin. He served as chief resident in his final year. During his residency, he also worked as a physician for MercyHealth, serving in various capacities, including Urgent Care, Hospitalist, and ER. 


Dr. Wade is a board member of the TMAT Foundation, which has raised over $250,000 for families with children who have life-threatening health conditions. He also assisted in multiple humanitarian efforts as a volunteer representative of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Czech Republic/Slovakia. As a result, he is fluent in the Slavic language. 


In his spare time, Dr. Wade enjoys family time, college football and basketball, golf, hunting, and fishing.
