About Us

Farmington's Family Doctor

Since 1982

Farmington Family Practice opened its doors in 1982, when the Four Corners looked very different than it does today. The city has grown. The healthcare landscape has changed. But one thing hasn't wavered: our commitment to being the practice that Farmington families can always count on.

For over 40 years, we've been here for first checkups and last appointments, for the flu seasons and the chronic conditions, for the babies who are now bringing in their own children. We've grown alongside this community and we plan to keep doing exactly that.

Privately Physician-Owned.

And Proud of It.

FFP is not owned by a hospital system or a federal agency. Your care decisions are made by the doctors you've come to know and trust over the years. That independence means we answer to our patients, and only our patients.

What We Believe

Whole-Family Care

We care for newborns, teenagers, adults, and seniors all under one roof. When your whole family sees the same trusted practice, care is more connected, more consistent, and more effective.

Community First

We live here too. Farmington isn't just where we work, it's where we raise our families, coach Little League, and run into our patients at the grocery store. This community's health is personal to us.

Warm and Welcoming

Walking into a doctor's office can feel intimidating. We work hard to make sure FFP feels different: friendly staff, attentive providers, and a genuine interest in how you're really doing.

Continuity of Care

Good healthcare is built on relationships. Knowing your history, your family, and your goals allows us to provide care that goes deeper than a symptom checklist.

Rooted in Farmington

From school physicals to community health events, Farmington Family Practice shows up — not just as a healthcare provider, but as a community partner.
