JONATHAN KELLY, PA-C

Jon Kelly received his education at Adams State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology in May of 1998. Mr. Kelly further pursued his education receiving a degree at South University ( Savannah, GA ) in Physician Assistant studies in June 2002. He started his employment as a PA with Dr. Barkman, in Aztec, NM, He worked in Aztec for 18 years and was most recently employed by San Juan Regional Hospital. He looks forward to continuing his patient care through Farmington Family practice. He has enjoyed the personal relationships he has developed throughout the years in primary care. He has enjoyed the ability to take care of infants, children, teenagers, and adults. He now has the opportunity to take care of those children who have become adults and are now having children of their own. He also is registered with the FMCSA to perform CDL or DOT physical examinations.

He likes to spend his free time with family, serving in church organizations where needed, and mountain biking. He is also an avid military aviation enthusiast. Mr. Kelly welcomes patients who speak Spanish as well, as he is bilingual. He acquired his knowledge of Spanish while serving a two year mission in Maracaibo, Venezuela.
